Tunisia plans to attract a car manufacturer this year and strengthen its position in the sector of automotive components which includes 267 companies, said Khalil Laabidi, CEO of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA).
Speaking at a Tunisian-Austrian Forum held on the official visit of Austria’s President Heinz Fischer to Tunisia from 20 to 21 January 2016, leading a delegation of 50 Austrian businessmen, Laabidi said a working plan was developed to this effect.
